Air conditioning not functional, leading to uncomfortable sleeping conditions!!! Several electrical outlets appeared unsafe, nearly hanging off the wall, which is a concerning hazard!!! Walls require repairs due to visible cracks!!!

The Deluxe Studio I booked was super spacious, perfect for my solo stay. The big kitchen had loads of cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which I appreciated after long days exploring Sofia. The secure parking on the -1 floor added peace of mind. I faced some inconveniences. The floor of the room wasn't very clean upon my arrival. the reception staff seemed unfriendly at check-in, which set a slightly uncomfortable tone. The heavy curtains blocked any natural light, making the room feel a bit claustrophobic. Despite the price being reasonable, I expected a more welcoming environment.
